Engineer Ghulam Nabi General  Director of MOVE Welfare organization graduated from IRC Engineering faculty in 1991. He has been working since 1991 with several National and international and USAID and UN agency as Civil Engineer, Program Officer, logistic Manager, Operation Manager and Operation Director. He has over all 25 years’ experience, with 20 years in health project management. During the 25 years duty he has participated in various course and training such as Management Training, Accounting, Business Administration Diploma, QuickBooks finance software, Supervision Monitoring, Security, Resource Management, Developing Policies and procedures in logistic department, Malnutrition management, Food for work practical training, GPS/GIS training, Board of Directory training.


    Dr Abdul latif Rashed, MOVE Executive Director, joined with MOVE in 2011, he is a public health and development expert with more than 20 years’ experience in Afghanistan.  He worked in international and national NGOs and has been recorded successful management of health services in his back ground. He actively participated in policies & strategies developments with MOPH and rebuilding of national health system since 2002.

      Dr Abdul latif Rashed graduated from Kabul Medical Institute with holding a MD degree in 1992 and worked for more than 4 years in Indira Gandi Child health hospital as pediatric specialization trainee. In 1996 Joined with humanitarian NGOs activities in health sector and worked with different International and national organization in different post up Medical coordinator.  In 2003 with a group of public health experts, founded the STEP health and development Organization with objective of active participation in health and development services in position of general director. Through the STEP organization with partnership of MOPH and international donors funding lead the implementation of Basic package of health Service in Kabul and Jawzjan Province up to 2010 with outstanding performances.

        Dr Abdul latif Rashed learned too much from the public health field of work as well as in social interventions and population development characteristics. His areas of expertise are organization development, leadership, public health service management and communication. In 2009 he obtained the degree of MBA from USA (UNW) and in 2011 the PGD In US/EC from India. He obtained his MPH and PhD from Indian Institute of Management Learning (IIML). He has attended numerous short and medium management courses inside and outside Afghanistan. His unique character is hardworking, optimist and to be useful for the people and society and always not to leave the track of learning and hope.


      Dr Emmadudin Akeed graduated from Kabul Medical Institute and has a DBA (Diploma in Business administration). He has attended a number of trainings from different entities such as; Financial Management Training organized by HSSP-USAID, Accounting Principles (GAAP), Finance and Leasing organized by ORIX Leasing Pakistan, Admin/Finance, logistic workshop organized by ACTED, and Training in Excel functions organized by ERNEST Canada/ACTED. He has a variety of experience in different supportive fields with different donors, and has worked with different national and international agencies in various positions such as Administrator, Finance Officer, Admin/Finance and HR manager, and, currently, as an Admin/Finance Director of MOVE WELFARE ORGANIZATION.
